She has a proven track record for over 25 years in designing and implementing major restructuring and organisational change projects, and has advised and consulted with senior managers on role redesign, performance management and the recruitment, retention and development of high potentials. She has a special interest in group analysis having recently achieved an MSc in Group Analysis and she runs clinical group analytic psychotherapy groups as well as organisational group analysis programmes and group coaching supervision.
